Hawaii
I am going to the Big Island for 2 months starting January 7th 2018.
My daughter, Kya, has 5 acres in Ocean View Estates with minimum development. There are no structures but a driveway and a large leveled area for camping. it is also quite well covered with ohia trees!
I will be setting up camp there with the intention of constructing a traditional Hawaiian A frame longhouse, sauna and composting toilet! At 4,000 foot elevation during the winter it could get windy and rainy, with temperatures down to 40F. Anyone wishing to explore the Big Island and are able to camp and help out is welcome to join me!

Chicken Soup
You will need:
1 Big Pot
1 Chicken
4" Fresh Ginger (Sliced)
Water
Method:
Add chicken and ginger to the pot and cover with water. Simmer on a low heat for at least 24 hours. If you need to add more water make sure it's hot first.

Cars these days seem to be a necessary evil, I can't fulfill my transportation needs without one! The plan for my vehicles are to eventually run solely on biodiesel, but they always seem to be breaking down and needing basic work done on them. Working on the vehicles is an on going scenario here, for now.
